Leighton John Baines was born on11 December 1984 in Liverpool, England. He is currently playing in Premier League for Everton as a Defender. Baines started his professional football career with Wigan Athletic in 2002. Soon he went on to become the permanent member of the team and helped Wigan to earn the promotion to the Premiership in 2004-05. In Aug 2007 he moved to the Everton on the transfer fee of £5 million. Up till now he has made 36 appearances for the club but recently he is suffering from an injury.
